MSNBC

Every mention, in time. Each mark is a day — taller means more that day — and links to the moment.

Tim’s take

He uses MSNBC mostly interchangeably with Fox and cable news generally, as shorthand for an establishment press that manufactures a single approved version of events and tells you your own eyes are lying 9:30 55:13 1:00:00. It shows up as the default destination for people spouting inane, credentialed nonsense — hashtag activists, AOC, the college-degree class explaining how things are going to be — rather than as a network with any content of its own 10:24 45:51 3:35.

He also treats it as a landing pad for people rebranding themselves once they've been disgraced or switched sides: Bill Kristol flipping from Fox to MSNBC while still pushing war, Jen Psaki cashing out there after the White House, Charlie from the Wonka bit going on to perform shame instead of addressing anything real 23:59 17:29 51:15 50:10. By the Cracker Barrel riff he lumps it with Fox outright as an institution now openly prepping the country for war, which is less a new position than the same shorthand hardening into a flat statement 52:47.
