Tim’s take

He treats Nobu Malibu mainly as the backdrop for celebrity-sighting stories — Logic walking out while he and Ray get seated facing a wall 6:19, and later a bit about spotting Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, DiCaprio and De Niro there 17:19. He also uses it as his go-to example of a restaurant nice enough to legally exclude poor people, which he says is the one thing money still buys 11:52, and jokes that he himself, despite eating there, would fit right in on Skid Row 15:50. Beyond that it's just a punchline for absurd wait times and reservations 1:04:32.
