He reads the BetterHelp ad copy straight for long stretches, calling it a legitimate service for a mental-health crisis his audience is uniquely qualified for 51:32 45:26 18:34 51:46 18:17 21:49 25:20 22:10. But he keeps undercutting that with the same joke: the counselors may not really be licensed, people call it a scam, and he's aware of it and says so on air 1:03:58 42:57 11:47. His running bit is that the actual use case is masturbating on the phone with a stranger under the guise of therapy, which he treats as a perfectly good reason to keep the ad slot 1:14:32 11:47 33:18. He never pretends there's no controversy — he says outright he's chosen to keep taking their money despite it — and just keeps riffing rather than resolving it 11:47 20:13.{
