He doesn't build an argument about Suffolk County, he just uses it as the backdrop for a string of Long Island stories — a DWI stop, a jail-and-morgue job, an old man's psychiatric-prison past, a mortgage-scammer's crew 16:01 5:59 1:18:56 42:40. The clearest stated view comes out comparing the Nassau and Suffolk parody videos, where he calls the Suffolk one "real low-rent" and the saddest thing he's ever seen, next to Nassau's richer, jokier version 26:00 35:56.
