He uses Tribeca mostly as shorthand for the kind of wealth that has stopped being impressive to anyone from Long Island, telling the same dog-sitting story twice almost word for word about the $10 million apartment with Justin Timberlake upstairs and Ryan Reynolds down the hall 2:41 45:57.
