His main position is that the East Palestine derailment is a non-event being milked for attention, and he spends most of his time on it mocking the residents rather than the chemicals 17:37 19:23. He waves off vinyl chloride as basically harmless, tells people to "focus on the sweetness" of the smell, and blames the reported headaches on bad diet rather than the burn 25:56 37:26. He also turns it into a running bit about becoming a chemical-spill influencer and compares the whole thing to Olive Garden food, suggesting Americans are already too full of chemicals to notice 23:40 37:39.
That said, the mockery keeps sliding into a genuine, repeated offer to do a benefit show for the town, which he brings up three separate times without ever landing on where or how 48:46 49:45 50:44.
