He states early on that overturning Roe would be "disgusting" while doubting Republicans would actually go through with it 1:07:44, and later commits to a personal limit only in the vaguest terms — legal "up to where I feel personally comfortable," a line he admits he can't pin down 49:34. When it was actually overturned he folded it into a bit proposing the Court delay the ruling over a baby formula shortage 40:52, then later acknowledged women were dying as a result of the change while still insisting he has no real stake in the fight 49:34.
